Who is Austin Mitchum and BayTrader?
I am a full-time professional Australian equities prop trader.
My business model and strategies are built around trading quality short-term catalysts that drive stocks. I have sprinkled this strategy with my own fundamental and technical nuances to create playbooks that work for me in my market.
I have had some successes and I have experienced my share of failures. However, I am still here moving it forward day-to-day. It’s a constant journey and this is what I want to show with my words from the inside of the markets. I offer something unique with examples from my trade reviews, ongoing performance analysis, as well as general anecdotes about the short-term trading performance domain.
I am fortunate to be based in beautiful Cronulla beach writing these words and watching the waves across the bay. Figure the title.
